Let me share a little about my story — well, maybe not that little, because it’s worth telling in full.
A while back, I hit absolute rock bottom. I lost everything: stability, comfort, my sense of direction — all gone. I was forced to start over completely, and honestly, at that point, marriage wasn’t even on my radar. I wasn’t thinking about relationships or finding “the one” at all. I just knew I had to focus on me.
So, I made a bold decision: I removed myself from everything. I went into a deep mental cleanse. No drinking. No sex. No going out. No dating. I cut ties with old connections, distanced myself from situations that no longer served me, and created a bubble of healing around myself. It wasn’t just about what I cut out — it was about what I was calling in: clarity, peace, and alignment.
I had no idea at the time, but the Universe was working behind the scenes. It placed me in what I like to call a “me city” — a space where I had no choice but to focus on myself, rediscover my worth, and figure out what I truly wanted for my future.
And here’s the beautiful part: after about nine months of doing this deep inner work, I slowly opened myself back up to dating. I was ready, but I was no longer desperate or settling — I had raised my standards and cleared out the old energy.
And bam — first person I met when I re-entered the dating world, it was him. This was back in 2014, and we’ve been rocking together ever since. The crazy part? I didn’t even realize how much I needed him until he showed up. I just knew I wanted better. I knew I was done settling for anything less than what I deserved.
And as for him? He claims he knew on day one that I was the woman he wanted to marry.
So yeah, I said I’d keep it quick — but I wanted to paint the full picture because there’s power in the details.
Now, let’s get into something you’re probably really curious about: the steps on how to manifest your better half.
Because trust me, this wasn’t luck. This was alignment, intention, and the Law of Attraction at work. Ready? Let’s dive in.

Manifesting Bae huh??? So we will have to start with self, so much of how we feel about ourselves is projected outward and we don’t even realize it. Manifesting a bar that’s everything is not going to be easy if you can retrain your brain. How do you feel about yourself, do you truly love you, how is you self esteem, how do you treat you body ( your temple), if you are struggling with these low vibrational actions and energies, that has to change, you will have to work on you, your mind body and soul. If your appearance is the issue work on it and appreciate the positive process of this change. Also pro tip on helping your self love and self esteem, affirmations that hype yourself up, have a self care routine, talk to yourself nice. You the shit and know, not to cocky now tho, we still want to be humble with it. Starting with you will assure your mindset is changing to attract who deserves you and who you deserves.
It’s All Vibrational

You have to be willing to open you mind and change your old mind set, I recommend guided meditation for your subconscious to change, the thing with mind set change is the more you tell yourself something the more you believe, you also start sending you vibrations into the universe, things begin to happen when you believe in your. Me personally I am my biggest hype man, fan, I am my number, I have to treat myself like a queen or no one else will. Read that last part again queens.
