Growing With Guided Meditation

Ok ok I’m excited about this blog post cause I just love guided meditation, I recommend them to all my students, I also have recorded some of my own for manifest desires. I seriously don’t have anything bad to say about this practice, I can’t even think of a down side, just don’t listen to them when driving.

I study and teach the law of attraction and I firmly believe Guided meditation can drastically change your life, there are guided meditation also know as self hypnosis, for soooo many mental and spiritual and physical issues if you can commit a little bit of time before you go to sleep to pick you meditation and then just relax follow the instructions, fall asleep and your subconscious to it from there, you subconscious will soak it all in, and if you don’t feel the difference immediately like I did, you soon will notice how much better you feel, if you keep going with it.

I started using Guided meditation in 2011, My Bestie forever told me her mom introduce her to the audios and she love them, soon I had clink the YOUTUBE links to the one she had recommend and I was literally hook omg, and I started feeling better not perfect and manifesting my desire, even tho 2011 was a struggle my law of Attraction and working on my mindset journey was in route.

Guided Mediations are powerful on any layer

Types of Guided Meditations

First one is assisted, someone there with you literally walking your mind through each step and layer of consciousness.

Second one is Pre recorded videos and audios which are the most common because listening to guided mediations over and over is a good thing and recommend, if you have a pre recorded version it makes practicing these more convenient, making them easier to work into your daily routine!

How often should you listen to Guided Mediations?

I recommend at least 3 times a week if not more, you also can switch them up as often as you like or listen to the same one as often as you like, there is no wrong way when you are working on retraining your subconscious.
